I have been very busy shopping for the last 3 month. We are getting 2 new bathrooms. So every weekend I have been in all the stores in Salina and Topeka to find little treasures to go into my rooms.Today I finished a block for Cathy from the CQI group and mailed it to Lauri .So I started on Gerry`s Encrusted block and hope to find a few more things to put on it when I go shopping for my Bathtub tomorrow.I still need Faucets for the sink and a Heater, light&fan combination.Hope to post pictures soon.

It has been a few weeks since my last post. We ( I ) have been shopping for my new bathrooms and more returned then kept. Hope to have it all together by mid may. Today I finished the block for Ritva in Finland ,it is her encrusted block.I just made mine to compliment with the two other blocks done by Cathy and Lisa.

Look what the Easter Bunny got me for my birthday.

Happy Birthday to Me!

This is the finished fairy block for Arlene in australia.

These were made in poland,I was able to buy them at the Easter Markt in Wetzlar Germany.

HAPPY EASTER!

I had to hurry to get this one done. This is Cathy`s block for the Fairy III DYB RR. I love Poppy`s and so it was easy to work on it.First placed the hand dyed lace ,added the trim, which I bought about 14 years ago in the former East Germany.I embroidered the seam treatment and beads, velvet leaves and a Butterfly and Bee button. Then I finally made my 3-D flower and this block is ready to be mailed on.Here are the pictures of the Block and a close up of the Poppy.
