I`m not sure which way I will wear it but It is really warm and I love the colors.

Just in time for this cold wind and snow I finished my first shawl. It is called Heidetuch and I saw it on one of the German knitting blogs.I added the ruffles along the neckline to hide where I changed the yarns. When I went shopping last week I found this awesome purple coat and it matches very nicely with my shawl , was on sale and got a discount because it had some threads pulled so I had to buy it.

Here is a my Christmas tree, I love blue and white and snowflakes so that's what is on my tree.

This is a little block that I have also just finished for a friend.

It is Christmas morning,my little one is still sleeping, I have been up since five am and was able to finish another block for the CQI group .This black and white block belongs to Wendy in Alabama and I do hope she likes it.

This is a German Butterzopf which is like a sweet bread we eat it with butter and jelly for breakfast. Lots of butter and sugar but so good.

Today is a good day, I was able to sew and knit this morning and made 2 bread doughs. First I baked a German Farmers Bread with a nice crust.

Another Sunday morning and I have just finished a block that belongs to Simona in Italy. It is a black and white DYB RR( do your block round robin) and Simona asked to use only red for her seam treatments.

Good Mornig, I just finished a block for the CQInternational Group. The theme is Fairy`s and this block belongs to Maria in Portugal. Lot of flowers and I do try to add a little of everything, lace , beads,embroidery and charms. I do hope she will like it, I had fun working on it.

What a good morning it is today. I have just finished a quilt , that I was asked to make for a friend .The receiving couple will be relocating and leaving Ft. Riley Kansas. The quilt was created by using pictures ,lace charms and embroidery on a pieced background.The colors are creams,blues ,greens and a little yellow for the Kansas sunflowers.

I got up early this morning to work on a set of DYB Fairy Blocks for the CQInternational Group.The blocks came together very easy and I do love the colors.

I did It! I sold my first larger Artquilt yesterday. It is a wallhanging called" Sunrise Waves "and the new owner asked me to make her a companion piece for it. I could do the happy dance right now. I have started to design the 2nd quilt this morning and hope to put up a background this weekend.

This is my first posting today and I decided to show you the scarf I have just finished. It will be a X-mas gift for my sons girlfriend Sarah. The pattern is from the Drops website and was very easy to knitt.
