just turned overready for the freezer
It has been a busy week. My youngest son turned 21! You know what that makes me. To celebrate we went to Kansas City to Fogo de Chao for dinner on Saturday. It was such a lovely day spent with my husband and both of my sons. Before dinner we had stoped at a butcher where I bought fresh pork bellie,casing and allot more meat and sausage`s.So today we made our first Bratwurst with Jalapenos. They are not ready to taste as I`m posting this but here are some pictures of the ones to get frozen and the ones cooking in the oven. I will write later how they tasted.
This is right up my husbands alley! He loves all the different flavors our local deli has, be sure to let us know how it turned out!
