This pattern is called Pimpelliese ,it is very easy to knit I know it will be a nice wool shawl when it is done.The little edge is knitted right along with the rest of the pattern.My mom and Dad will be here in 6 days and I Should be cleaning the house. last night I decided to start a new shawl instead. It is a very easy pattern and should not take to long to finish, I really wanted to start with the dark green silk I just got yesterday but it was so hard to get a start to roll up the yarn into a ball. The silk is not as easy to work with as I had hoped and even wearing gloves did not help much. So it will have to wait till I`m up for a challenge.
