One of my favorite themes the Fairy`s. This is my block completed for Laurie in MI. I wanted the block to look like someone just moved the bushes apart and there is the little fairy sitting with her animal friends. On the left side I used silk ribbon for the leaves and glass beads for the flowers on the right side I used glass leaves and silk ribbon for the flowers, a few bird and butterfly charms with a rabbit button finished this for me.
Oh Rita!! I am so blown away by my block! You took one of my all time favorite pictures, and hit it out of the ball park!!!!!! Your idea to make it look like the bushes were parted was executed so perfectly! I can't wait to see it in person, thank-you so much!!!!
