I made my dough and it rested for about 30 minutes
onto my cutting board
ready to scrape into the water
swimming on top and done!
I used 200gramms of whole wheat flour
300 grams of regular flour, 4 eggs, 1 tbl.spoon salt and about 375 ML of water,mix well ,let rest for about 30 minutes and start scraping into boiling salted water ,the noodles are done when swimming on top .
