My dad has not had these Dampfnudeln in 20 years. So today I made my first potful of yeast dough steamed rolls to go with our Pork roast and onion gravy. It was so good and reminded me of the time my grandma use to make them. I will make them more often now,even sweet as a dessert with fresh fruit .
Oh, boy! That looks amazing! Since you mentioned pork roast, I must put one together with sauerkraut!
